Here is Sharli with all her Birthday presents. People were very generous with gifts and flowers and stuff. The wrappings and flowers were all so beautiful that I just had to take a picture of them. That yellow balloon (the everlasting balloon) was her favorite thing to look at for a long time.
Now it's the grandparent's turn to shine. I know, Preston's in there too but... well he's the one who is taking the picture. It's one of his famous "take my own picture with a group." Craig is not impressed.

Now I tried to pull a Preston and take my own picture but I was concentrating so hard that I forgot to smile. I guess I'm not as good as Preston.
Preston is always wanting to have Sharli take a nap with him but she never seems to want too. So like any good father he tries to comfort her...

She isn't fooled. I eventually had to step in. But it was really funny to see her suck on his nose.
But Preston finnaly got her to fall asleep on his chest. It is really cute. I wonder where he got the idea from?
I figure it runs in the family.

Cute pictures - wow Sharli has grown, but I suppose they do in 6 months!! Yeah - sorry about not visiting in Rexburg... it was such such a whirlwind trip that our heads weren't on straight! It wasn't until we got back that we remebered all the people we could have gone to see. We may be up there again ina month or so, so we will let you know!
I love the self portrait...you look so good!! I don't think I've ever seen you with shorter hair...it looks good on you!
